Intellectual Disability Foundation of St. George
The project involved the strip out and complete refurbishment of an existing factory at Kogarah. The building is used as a sheltered workshop for mentally disabled people where they carry out contract food packaging work. The project took five months to complete.
Key Elements:
· Demolition of all internal offices and walls.
· Cool rooms and food packaging areas.
· Offices for administration. 
· Structural steel mezzanine floor for storage.
· Mechanical, electrical and fire services complete.
· Refurbishment and consolidation of the front façade.
