The project consists of a partial refurbishment to the first floor, the complete refurbishment to the second floor and new roofing membrane and associated works to Block A at the Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE.

• Management and consideration of noise and dust for existing building occupants.
• The management of shared access points and stairways with students and staff.
• Temporary protection of existing surfaces.
• Risk Management by implementing a Project EHS Plan.
